Team Detegro took care of the following crucial aspects:

• Environmentally conscious demolition : the selective demolition was carried out with special attention to local residents. To minimize disruption, a conscious decision was made to dispose of the rubble at Deva Recycling’s site.
• Sustainable material cycle : the processed rubble was given a second life and returned to the construction site for the construction of the work box, which contributes to a circular approach.
• Efficient parking infrastructure : a vast parking facility of over 3,000m² was completed in record time, significantly enhancing the project’s functionality.
